Thin Film Chip Attenuator
Description: Thin Film Chip Attenuators use high quality 99.6% Al2O3 substrates and TaN thin film resistor material，and are manufactured by thin film process techniques. They can be used up to 30GHz and also have 4μm (±20%) thick Front Side (Resistor Side) Au and thicker than 1μm Back Side (Ground Side) Au. They are ideally suited for Microwave Integrated Circuits (MICs). Major applications include signal level reduction, source and load impedance matching, and circuit components isolation, etc..
Features: High reliability TaN thin film resistors, good frequency stability characteristic, good solder-ability and wire-bonding, temperature coefficient: 150 ppm/oC , operating temperature:
-55 oC - +200oC.
