薄膜电阻(Thin Film Chip Resistor)
描述:薄膜电阻使用高品质99.6% 氧化铝(Al2O3)基板和氮化钽(TaN)薄膜电阻材料并经由薄膜工艺制造完成,具有低寄生电容;其电路正面(电阻面)有4微米(μm)厚度的金(Au)和电路背面(接地面)有大于1微米(μm)厚度的金(Au),适合用于微波集成电路(MIC), 如放大器、衰减器、耦合器、滤波器、谐振器等模块电路。
特性:适用于高频电路(直至40GHz),高可靠性氮化钽(TaN)薄膜电阻、低寄生电容、良好可焊和键合性、温度系数为150 ppm/oC;工作温度范围-55 oC至+200 oC。
