Fidelics Microelectronics (Chengdu) Co. Ltd. devotes to develop, manufacture and sale state-of-the-art microwave thin film circuits and related components. The company was founded and incorporated in 2007 at the hi-tech zone in Chengdu, China. Our manufacturing facility, clean-rooms and equipments were specifically designed and setup for production of thin film circuits and related components. The company currently provides production and sales of thin film circuits based on Al₂O₃, AlN, BeO and Quartz substrates and also offers related contract manufacturing services. We will further develop and manufacture high quality components used in microwave thin film circuits, such as hi-Q MOS Capacitors, substrate metallization and metal carriers. These products can be widely utilized in wireless commercial communication applications.
